Sunshiners Haymakers The sun came out and so did the customers, we enjoyed a very busy weekend, I've had about 6 hours sleep in four nights but hey ho, I can sleep in the Winter. On the formal dining side we did 50 on Friday, 60 on Saturday and 70 on Sunday, with most of those having breakfast and lunch as well. Plus the weather brought hordes of casual golfers, I'm shattered today having worked about 55 hours over the three days. Cheers to all the staff, Georgie did a 12 hour Chef's shift on Saturday, cheers Georgie. All the rest of the gang including new girl Amelia did well, thanks. The weekend also threw up the strangest excuse I've ever heard for not wanting to work a shift "I'm having a fake tan and it won't be dry in time". April, you don't need to turn orange to be beautiful. What else happened ? We found that that Megan can't peel carrots to save her life, Amelia possibly had even weirder taste in music than me, and Lucy found God, apparently he'd been round the corner on table 7 waiting patiently for his fishcakes.
