Although the Liberals and Greens keep bleating on about renewable sources of energy it would appear that we can only keep up with our energy requirements by blanketing the entire nation in bird killing wind farms or by surrounding our whole coastline with bobbling wave baffles. The French are going to build the new generation of nuclear power plants, good, the French have been building lots of them at home, they produce large quantities of power and they hardly ever melt down and cause the death of millions. I say yes to nuclear power, because I want to play on my PC, and listen to my I-Pod, and watch my vast LCD TV, and travel on electric trains, and have lighting in the streets and hospitals and schools. On the other hand you could vote Liberal, and have a swift return to dark and forbidding Victorian cities.
